SURETHERM 5X

The SURETHERM 5X is a compact and intelligent induction heater for fast, tension-free heating of bearings, gearwheels, and other ring-shaped components. Designed to the same industrial standards as the larger SURETHERM models, it delivers controlled and repeatable heating for parts up to 25 kg with a maximum outer diameter of 300 mm and a workpiece width of up to 140 mm. The industrial touchscreen interface makes operation straightforward, while built-in time and temperature control functions help protect the integrity of your parts.

The following yokes are included with SURETHERM 5X: 14 × 14, 40 × 38. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. One magnetic temperature sensor is included as standard; a second sensor is available as an option.
