The PROTHERM U-LINE is purpose-built for the mining industry, where large crusher rolls and heavy-duty components weighing up to 100 tonnes require controlled, high-capacity induction heating. Designed for remote mining sites and demanding workshop environments, the U-LINE delivers stress-free assembly through precise and uniform heating up to approximately 200 °C.

With over 20 years of proven operational reliability at customer sites worldwide, the U-LINE combines robust construction with intuitive controls. Every PROTHERM system is engineered and built in-house at TM Induction Heating's facility in Harderwijk, the Netherlands, and is configured around your specific workpiece, process and production environment.
