EXTRATHERM 20W

The EXTRATHERM 20W is the water-cooled powerful workshop generator in TM Induction Heating's EXTRATHERM range, delivering 27 to 32.6 kW of mid-frequency output for demanding industrial mounting and dismounting of larger components. Designed for use with water-cooled inductors, the EXTRATHERM 20W combines high output with continuous-duty cooling for intensive production cycles.

Using a Flexible Inductor, it is possible to heat components with different shapes and sizes. A Fixed Inductor can be designed for specific, repeatable production applications. The unit features dual-sensor operation for tension-free heating and a multi-segment temperature profile mode with up to 8 segments. The industrial touchscreen provides real-time feedback on all parameters, and data export via USB supports traceability.

Optional Modbus RTU / TCP-IP or Profinet connectivity enables integration into industrial control systems. The EXTRATHERM 20W can be supplied with various flexible or custom water-cooled coils to match your application.
