The Vexve ALPHA HCR flow limiting valve is designed for automatic balancing in demanding industrial applications, especially where high corrosion resistance is required. At the heart of the valve is the ALPHA Flow Cartridge, which limits flow to the specified level and helps maintain stable hydraulic balance regardless of pressure fluctuations.

The patented stainless-steel ALPHA Flow Cartridge features an interchangeable orifice plate for design flexibility and a resistant diaphragm for high-accuracy operation. The Vexve ALPHA HCR valve is available as standard up to DN300, with other materials available up to DN125 on request. It can operate independently in single or multiple parallel distribution lines, offering strong system flexibility with no re-commissioning required if the system is extended. Back-flushing is also possible when required.
