ALPHA HCR Wafer · Dynamic Balancing Valve

The Vexve ALPHA HCR Wafer dynamic balancing valve is designed for demanding systems that require accurate and efficient flow distribution, including seawater cooling, filtration and water treatment applications. To limit flow and maintain stable differential pressure, the ALPHA HCR flow cartridge is installed inside the valve housing, ensuring that the design flow rate is achieved regardless of pressure fluctuations.

The removable ALPHA HCR cartridge allows easy maintenance and system flushing, while its patented design supports low-noise operation during system operation. Manufactured from Nickel Aluminium Bronze, the valve is available in sizes from DN50 to DN450, covering flow rates from 3.8 m³/h to 1,584 m³/h. It can operate independently in single or multiple parallel distribution lines, providing strong system flexibility with no re-commissioning required if the system is extended. Back-flushing is also possible when required.
