The fourth China Marine Equipment Expo 2026 took place at the Fuzhou Strait International Conference and Exhibition Center from October 16 to 19. During the exhibition, several key customers representing shipowners and ship management companies met with the Tecway team to discuss topics including marine equipment inspection and maintenance, on-site oil management, and intelligent confined-space inspections.
01 Shipowners Visit, with Scavenge Port Inspection Attracting Interest
Shipowners and ship management companies from various regions visited the Tecway booth during the exhibition. In their discussions, visitors showed particular interest in scavenge port inspection solutions.
The Cylinder Liner Diameter Measurement (CLDM) system is designed for two-stroke main engines with bore diameters of 350 mm–980 mm. Measurements can be taken by inserting the equipment through a scavenge port, without lifting the cylinder liner. Operation is straightforward and can be carried out by the crew, who can also independently perform calibration checks at any time. Demonstrations of the equipment's operating principle at the exhibition gave visitors a clear understanding of the complete measurement process.

02 Three Areas on Display, Available for On-Site Viewing and Discussion
CLDM System
Designed for cylinder liner diameter measurement in two-stroke main engines, the equipment is inserted through a scavenge port without lifting the cylinder liner. Crew members can operate it themselves and independently perform calibration checks.
MARTECHNIC On-Site Oil Testing
Addressing on-site testing requirements for marine fuel oil, lubricating oil and hydraulic oil, the range covers total iron testing in cylinder drain oil, comprehensive lubricating oil testing, fuel catalytic fines testing, fuel density and compatibility testing, and on-site cooling water testing.
Scout 137 Gen3 Drone System
Designed for confined spaces such as ship compartments, storage tanks and pipe galleries, the system uses a drone in place of personnel entering high-risk areas. Equipped with survey-grade LiDAR and a 4K high-definition camera, it can perform 3D mapping and capture on-site imagery in environments without GPS signals; it also covers external inspection applications such as hull thickness measurement.
